Descriptions :
1.CFC free one component expanding pu foam chemical is the product of atomization technology and polyurethane technology;
2.OCFC free one component expanding pu foam chemical is a special polyurethane product which is made from prepolymer,foaming agent and catalyst ;
3.The polyurethane foam from the tin will be expanded and foamed once it contact air ;
4.The foam after curing has the function of filling gap, gluing, sealing, insulation,reducing noisy etc;
5.The one component polyurethane foam is a enviromental and easy use construction material which is suitable for filling gap,fixing crack,gluing, heat insulation ,cold insulation and reducing noisy, it is specially suitable for gap filling and waterproofing between the steel window or aluminum window and wall .
Charactristics :
1.Easy use :no need special trained worker , it is DIY product ;
2.Automatically spray:no need casting equipment, the polyurethane foam will spray to the gap where needed by the pressure from the tin ;
3.Self expanded :the polyurethane foam will be expanded after application

Methods of applications :
1.Before application ,clean the substrate surface dust, oil etc and spray some water ;
2.Shake the tin at least 60second to ensure uniform inside the tin ;
3.Screw foam dispenser on tightly and turn can upside down;
4.Half filling to the gap , from bottom to top for the vertical gap ,some support is necessary to fill the gap on ceiling because the uncured foam will drop;
5.The touch time of foam is about 10minutes, and the cutting time is 60minutes after application ;
6.Cut the unwanted foam, and apply some cement ,paint or silicone on the surface of the foam to make long life.
Attentions :
1.The application degree is bwteeen 5c to 40c, the best application degree is between 18c to 25c. In cold weather, keep goods in the degree between 25c to 30c to make sure best performance. The curing foam heat resistance is between -35c to 80c;
2.The higher humidity, the faster curing .Use the cleaner to the uncured foam, while the mechinery method cutting for curing foam;
3.The direct sunshine will make the foam yellow, apply come cement, paint or silicone on the surface of the foam. Use the appointed cleaner to clean the pu foam gun;
4.Shake new tin at least 20times before changing the old tin, and fix the new tin fastly to prevent the foam to be cured inside the gun ;
5.The gun valve and tigger can control the foam spray speed, use it according to your demand .
