Product Description
1. One component, RTV neutral structural silicone sealant with high quality;
2. SM-995 structural silicone sealant used in corrosion-sensitive,weather cementation & seal of various glass curtain walls;
3. This structural silicone sealant is cold and heat resistance and climate-aging-resistant, against ultraviolet radiation;
4. Applications: automobile windshield, side glass installing, insulated glass, stone, marble, granite, aluminum curtain wall, glass roof etc;
5. Designed specifically for structural bonding applications of glass and metal in factory or field situations;
6. Color: Black, White, Grey and all RAL colors as request;
7. Cartridge packing and Drum packing of silicone sealant are also available.
Instructions
1. In order to achieve the best effect of silicone sealant, the surface should be clean and dry without oil;
2. Moisture in the air will make silicone seaalnt curing. So after besmearing the product to the sealing surface, assemble them together in a few minutes;
3. The best performance of silicone sealant can reach after 24 hours;
4. Excess glue can erase with a non-polar solvent. Excessive silicone sealant after curing can scrape with a knife or a single razor.
Notice
1. Keep away from children;
2. The workshop should be adequate ventilation;
3. If getting into eyes, wash off with running water and consult a doctor.
Restriction of Usage
1. For airproof location, because silicone sealant required to absorb moisture in air to cure;
2. For the frosty or moist surface or continually flooding or entire-year moist places;
3. Substrate surface above 50°C.
Storage
Silicone sealant should be stored in a dry, shade and well ventilated place, where the temperature is below 25 centigrade. As from the date of production, the storage period is 12 months.
